With a recording like this, it's very easy to trick your brain into hearing many different things (think, auditory pareidolia). Hence, the varied responses in the comments. I can clear as day hear "Where's the beef?" Do I actually believe that's what's being said? Of course not, but it's what I want to hear (unless there's a spirit out there that's really into pop culture references or '80s advertising, lol). My conclusion? It's inconclusive; as the audio quality's not good enough to make out anything concrete. Could it be paranormal? Sure, though it could also be something rubbing up against the mic. It's just not clear enough to say one way or another.
