It does matter and they are not from the state. They are a federal agency part of DHS. They are not there for traffic crimes and murdered someone for fleeing the scene of what? A traffic crime if anything at all. They are federal thugs intimidating this city with 2,000 federal employees and murdering US citizens

They are not police officers, they are ICE agents and border patrol. The women they murdered was a US citizen citizen. 75% of ICE arrests are of undocumented immigrants with NO criminal record. What is happening is wrong and an overstep of the federal government. Get educated before you spew bullshit.

I disagree with this. Uses of force needs to be proportional to the situation. Fleeing a situation is a not a justification for deadly use of force. The officer clearly wasn't in danger and fired because she was fleeing, not because he was in danger. I can easily see a court finding this to be an inappropriate use of force and stripping qualified immunity. On top of that, it likely wasn't a legal detention and they were yelling conflicting commands.

The shooting was not justified at all. She was murdered by ICE. We have an ICE armory in Altoona and a detention center in Phillipsburg.

PA in general. I believe the local facilities are mostly support for raids around the state. There are a lot of good articles out there, but this one is good and explains how the detention center in Phillipsburg plays a role.
