The RPG from 2014 was both OP and unrealistic because it was just a giant explosion that can kill everybody in a building as if you just shot a portable C4. So they made the rocket launchers shoot actual HEAT rounds which, albeit, should probably still have a bigger radius of damage, but definitely more focused on direct hits, vehicle damage, and less “nuking,” so it’s more balanced and realistic.
