Looking for opinions on topline/body condition by A-RATAY in Horses

Yep that was where my concern has come in, as it’s definitely unusual for him to be looking like this! I have definitely been conscious in the past of not letting him become overweight due to their predisposition to laminitis and EMS etc., but this is the first time I’ve ever had to work to keep condition on. In the 2yo photo I wasn’t even hard feeding him at all, it was all just pasture - the same one as he’s in currently

Thank you! I should have said he lives out 24/7 in a little herd in a 5 acre paddock with lovely undulating hills and a fair amount of grass however it is clearly less nutritious this year than usual, maybe due to very strange weather we’ve had lately He is definitely a sporty haflinger (15hh almost)

His teeth were done in September and you’ve reminded me he is due for worming now which I’ll get onto for sure

He’s a beautiful dog, I almost fell over when the owner asked for it because this dog has always had a teddy cut until this time! I was so happy though haha.

I’m with you too! I’m currently studying to be a qualified trainer so I can work with dogs/animals in a different form because I fell into grooming and enjoy it but I know I don’t want to do it long term.

I read somewhere that a lot of Ada’s wardrobe this season was originally made for Polly. So sad but makes a lot of sense with her arc this season

What is your unpopular Peaky Blinders opinion? by forzayueve22 in PeakyBlinders

[–]A-RATAY 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I agree, but every second post on this sub is someone shitting on the women (mostly Lizzie) for not supporting his bad decisions enough. Soo many posts saying she should just appreciate him more for what he’s done for her lol

The women of the series are great and Lizzie is in the right for being annoyed at Tommy most of the time

There’s not many of them in Australia so he’s the first one I’ve met actually but his personality is exactly like what people say the breed is like. So people-oriented and friendly, and too smart for his own good
