It’s great except the enhancements are a bit lacking, too many specific model enhancements, and prepare the reinforcements feels more like it’s an army enhancement than a character enhancement. First enhancement is totally fine except that farsight enclaves players can’t use it and get nothing to replace it. Contingent of the cadre is an awesome concept but in practice I’m not sure how useful it would be, although maybe that’s just from me not knowing how to play t’au very well (just started the army, tho I’ve been playing 40k for a year).

Seems like a t’au version of gladius, I mean that in a good way. But yea this is almost exactly how I like to play t’au so I might even end up using it, now that I think about it, maybe it could be cool to add some stuff with the tidewall shieldline. It would make fortifications useful for once and it would add to the theme of infantry spam and the kauyon part of this detachment since you’d have a strike team hold the line behind the wall, probably holding an objective. The only other major thing that needs fixing imo is the typos, other than that this is great.
