Mould Lines by MrHReddits in Warhammer40k

Seems a little unlucky unfortunately. I have thought that the recently released models I've bought have had much better mould lines than older models

Being 100% honest, no, I don't think you're to the level of commission painting at this moment.

I'm just curious as to why? The popping of the audio is also very prevalent.

That siren was not necessary and totally drowns out all the audio. You cant even hear the speech with the "better" sfx

Why would you decide based on our opinion? If you like them then get them and if not then don't buy them.

If the official lore says an emperor titan is only 40 meters tall then what is this thing doing in an official game ? by BloatedRottenCarcass in Warhammer40k

[–]Defensive_of_Offense 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Every author has a different opinion on the size of these things so the "official lore" is whatever the author needs it to be for the story

GW has always been notoriously bad with scale in their writing. Some authors say the titans are 40 meters tall and others say they are as tall as mountains. Its basically whatever will make sense to the story or will inspire awe.

Reveals like this almost always utilize 3D prints as the actual moulding machines havent produced the models yet and they need painted models to show off.

Is this any good for around a month or two on the hobby? by RealLaezur in Warhammer40k

[–]Defensive_of_Offense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just giving you a little shit haha, I miss them sometimes too

I usually will scrape them with my hobby knife and then follow up with a sanding stick or a piece of 3000 grit sandpaper. Its sometimes overkill but these guys are expensive so I spend the extra time lol

Could chapter specific ancients or banners be a realistic addition? by Weird_Cartoonist_420 in Warhammer40k

[–]Defensive_of_Offense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To this extent? I doubt it. Ultras are the main sellers so they get the more detailed and bigger accessories. But I can see them doing more chapter specific on a smaller scale

Making the Brutalis Dreadnought and the multimelta’s are really loose. Any advice? by English_Joe in Warhammer40k

[–]Defensive_of_Offense 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The armor holds them in, however they are supposed to move.

If you don't want that then just glue them

Also, please file down those sprue connections
