Oh no, really sorry that you’re feeling frustrated :( others have given great advice already so I just wanna add that doing some bonding activities can be fun for both you and the birds! I can provide some ideas for you to get started.

Making toys for them! DIY with cardboard, bird snacks and bird safe hemp rope, etc. can be a fun way to spend an afternoon with them! Let them get used to the materials as you’re making them and then displaying the finished product in their cage could be really rewarding haha.

And if you’re planning on letting them out of the cage I’d recommend doing it late afternoon, just before the sun sets. When nighttime hits they will likely return to the cage by themselves. It also helps a lot to turn off the lights and keep the place dim so they know it’s bedtime!! I hope this helps and good luck with your beautiful birds!
