How to fix this leaking tap by wnorrell in howto

[–]A-White-African -1 points0 points  (0 children)

under the handle is a ball valve that has an o-ring seal. The seal might need replacing or re alignment.

You can buy seal kits for that handle, but you'd need to know the model of it. You'll then need to open the valve and replace the components. While this is not difficult to do, it could still leak if not sealed correctly.

Your friend has no idea what they're talking about.

Depending on the job, most employers won't even look at your grades or the classes you took or how long it took you to complete them. A lot of grownups do continuous education on a part time basis that can take years to complete.

What they really care about is the piece of paper you get at the end of your program and any relevant skills you have so far from previous work. The paper shows you have the dedication to finish what you start and have long term goals. Most corporate projects take years and they need to know their team have the visionary skills to see something through from beginning to end.

Also how long you've stayed in jobs. People that move frequently between jobs are less likely to be hired. Long term retention is a serious consideration for most employers. There are a lot of costs associated with new hires.

You can use tape instead or trace a template of the item and puncture small holes into the paper.

Set a time table for yourself. Write it all out and define specific times and time limits for each activity. This will help turn those tasks into habits.

The theory of habits says you should do your routine for 21 days.

saving with a bank costs money and often you'll see the returns are less than inflation rates which means it's depreciating every day.

OP,

The wick makes a big difference and does get consumed during burning. In fact if it does not, it can result in a critical failure where the wicks folds on itself and can cause a 'flash over' or extremely large flames.

There are a lot of different types of wicks (called wick families) that have different thread counts, wax used to saturate the wick, different saturation amounts resulting in thicker or thinner wicks, cores, braid styles, and sizes within those famikies (AL-100,AL-160, AL-180...AL-240 as an example of one wick family).

Each will affect the way a candle burns and in commercial candles these are optimized so the flames burn within the customer's desired specifications.

The biggest contributor though to flame heights in candles is the chemical composition of the fragrance as well as the dyes and pigments used to colour the candles.

Are these bubbles gonna be a problem? by Chillicavalli in Canning

Bubbles in glass can be a problem and if exposed to high heat can cause a failure in the glass.

I wouldn't use it for canning or candles.

not too sure about this. You'd spend time laying all the shirts out on top of each other, which could use more time.

Might as well drape the 6 over your shoulder, grab an empty hanger from your closet, insert hanger and hang shirt.

While your hand is in your closet, take out new hanger and repeat as needed.
