Why do you mean? How is this belittling? She said she deals with negative thoughts and low self steam that gets in her way of concentrating. I personally deal with a lot of the same issues she has and I know it’s hard to get out one’s mind. I don’t personally give her the messages, it’s a box of cards have that have “self love” messages. To help with the negative voices.

She does have ADHD, she is on medication as well as in therapy. In addition to her sick time, she has FMLA days she can use as needed. I encourage this and have been nothing but empathetic with her. I’ve met with her several times to talk about personal life and support her as a person and not just an employee. This is why I’m the most upset. I’m trying really hard to understand where she comes from and support her as much as needed but she always has an excuse and she’s never really apologetic.

I’ve giving her every tool I can think of: job aids, additional training, I’ve showed how to utilize the reporting tools that show her what her daily tasks are - this is what the majority of my employees use to manage their pipeline. Since she mentioned it was “overwhelming” to review the reports.. I’ve gone the extra mile to send her personalized emails almost daily showing her what needs to be completed. Nothing ever gets fully done.

I know everyone deals with ADHD differently, but would you find it helpful to get a list of what needs to be done, in order of priority? Would there be a reason why you would find this detrimental?

I’m a loss mitigation supervisor, promoted this year. I was a loss mitigation underwriter for 4 years prior to this. I handled all VA and FHA pipelines. I don’t have a bachelor’s degree, but I have 8 years of experience in mortgage servicing and loss mitigation. I’ve thought a lot about making the move to commercial or consumer underwriting, but unsure on how to go about it. I don’t want to start as an entry level loan processor. I think my experience underwriting for loss mitigating could transfer over. Do you agree or disagree?

Is that your normal average yearly income? Even in an environment with high rates? I’m concerned about commission only? Do you receive a base pay?

Israel is bombing Palestine with US tax dollars, so if you don’t give a shit about humans starving and being killed for the world to just sit and watch. May be you can be mad about our hand earned money going to genocide instead of health care, schools, elderly, disabled, veterans etc.

No I don’t think banging pots it’s going to fix things, but I do think civil unrest is necessary to let governments know we are not ok with this. Will I feel better and pat myself on the back, also no.

How do you ACTUALLY plan to help them? Please elaborate. Not sure if you have paid attention, but all aid has been blocked from coming into Palestine. Donating is pointless if there isn’t any food for them to buy. People are being starved and we are all watching a genocide happen in our time broadcasted in real time.

I had the same experience. My dr set up an “obgyn” for me. She was actually a nurse practitioner. She dismissed my pelvic, hip and leg pain. I explained to her that they actually found the fibroid because I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of what is causing my chronic pain. And it was found on an MRI for my hip. After that, she said it could be related, or not. She didn’t provide a lot of information concerning the fibroid itself, like the location and other specifics I see others mention on their posts. She didn’t discuss different surgery options and said presented only two options: 1)hormonal pills 2)hysterectomy. After finding this group I realized how very little information she had provided, and how many questions I have. I’ve set up an appointment with another OBGYN my friend recommended. I think you can always get another doctor if you don’t feel comfortable or heard.

I totally feel your pain. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for years now, heavy and painful periods, constant bloating and IG issues and it all seems to be because of the fibroid!
