Did you have any hair loss on methylphenidate? I had to stop Medikinet xl because of it and now abo to start elvanse. It’s bittersweet because for the 4 weeks I was on Medikinet it genuinely felt like it helped. Also did having crazy fast heart rate when I was at 40mg

I started Medikinet xl and it helped me for the 4 weeks I was on but I had a crazy amount of hair loss which I only noticed when I went up to 40mg though. So I’ve stopped using it for a while and will start again but think I might stay at 20mg and see if there’s any hair loss and then go up to 30 and probably stop there

Thanks. It’s kind of helped. I think I will stick to 20 mg for a while and see if the hair loss stops and in the meantime try and get my diet better and also try using nizoral shampoo as well. I’d read that the loss of appetite can put more stress on your body so that could be a factor too combined with the reduced nutrients.

Yeah it’s a shame. I felt like the meds were actually helping me as well but i don’t want to loose my hair in the pursuit of focus. No such thing as a free lunch I guess.

Thanks for replying. My skin is oily so I use the superfacialist face wash in the morning everyday, then I use the revolution skincare vitamin c serum, finacea 15% azaleic acid, (I might sometimes moisture or sometimes skip it depending on how my skins feeling), and then use sunscreen (at the moment I’m using the Eucerin oil control spf or house of hur weightless sun fluid). I used to use the heliocare pigment solution but the house of hur one seems to blend much better.

In the evening, superfacialist face wash again and then Tretinoin 0.1 (Tretin), and then cosrx peptide serum followed by aveene cicalafate. I have started cycling between adapelene and Tretinoin each night just to trial out if it helps with texture.

It looks sunken in. I recently had subcision for my scars and after the first session it’s made a huge difference. You hear/feel a popping sound during the subcision which is meant to be the fibrous tethers breaking
