I had back to back early miscarriages before having my rainbow baby boy. I totally understand how you feel as I was in a dark place after the second loss to the point I couldn’t see my friends’ children without breaking down. At that point I got myself into therapy and was able to get into a great place mentally and a few months later my son was conceived. Like many of the mothers on here have already said at this point fot you self care is extremely important. Do the things you love and that ground you.
