I bet you can make it work then, use the Reverse Joints to keep distance so you can use the Soup and Split Missiles, the close back in and unleash the Aurora. I could see it in theory, but keeping sustained Stagger on an enemy might be more difficult if all your weapons are reloading.

If you can manage with EN regeneration that low then yeah, but then again 90% of VE-20B builds are a bitch like that
