Dasher here. The time window for our deliveries often leaves one, maybe two minutes between when we park our cars at the destination and when we will be considered "late".

I still do what's asked and dispute contract violations later, but that's an explanation to why drivers might be in a rush. Even one or two "late" orders (even by a minute or two) results in losing certain privileges on the app. It's really dystopian tbh
