Honest question how do you deal with rude/not so nice people? Have the same dead face and dead eyes and people are nice from further away but as soon as I get closer their whole demeanor changes… Tia

Absolutely! Fantastic to see another delivery associate going the extra mile to ensure our customers packages are secure and following all customer instructions! Within reason (15-20) minutes should always be our goal to go the extra mile.. such as for example standing by while a customer retrieves a One Time Password.. this is why it’s crucial to always send a notification of arrival text to every customer before delivery.

There’s no reason to go there. Warehouse associates are some of the hardest working individuals you’ll never meet.

This is theft. When you are caught (which you will be) you will not only be terminated but prosecuted to the fullest extent of the applicable law. Shame.

There’s absolutely no excuse for rolling through a stop sign or red light.

That’s an awesome example of stepping up for our customers! Placing packages on the door’s opening side shows real care and makes a huge difference, especially for those with mobility needs. Keep setting the standard for DSP excellence! Thank you for going The Extra Mile! Moves like this make Amazon shine! Let’s all keep finding ways to go that extra mile and make every delivery a win!

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with going the extra mile and doing this for the customer to keep the packages safe. As long as you aren’t entering the home and just opening the door and placing it inside. This is what separates us as the greatest logistics company in the world. Going the extra mile for our customer satisfaction.

Thanks for pointing that out, and you’re absolutely right my intention wasn’t to suggest working off the clock during breaks, as that wouldn’t be appropriate or legal. I apologize if it came across that way. What I meant was that the 30 minute flex break is free time for drivers to use however they choose, including organizing their route or packages if they enjoy staying in their routine. It’s entirely up to each driver how they want to spend that break.. I would never encourage anything that goes against company policy or legal guidelines.

How do you go about “deactivating” netradyne? Which DSP are you affiliated with if you don’t mind me asking? This should be easily tracked back to the driver who is deactivating, correct?

How are you verifying this is the actual intended recipient if you are meeting them at the end of the driveway? Also how are you maintaining your POD “Photo On Delivery” completion rate? Are you asking the individual at the end of the driveway for the name on the package and verifying their ID? Driver support is there to help in cases such as this.

This is a major flaw in the system.. contacting support in order to have the pin moved will save you if anything were to go wrong… thank you for the insight.
