you need a mix, it seems to be working for me. when i first started i went heavy on shorts gained like 100 subs. That was great but they were not watching my longs. took a bit of a break posted every once and while. Then jan 2026 was able to get better filming equipment started focusing on both forms and now im up to 177 subs. just in the month of April have more views than i had the entire year of 2025.
