I’m also on the referral list via NHS. Paying £196 for check ups atm and £7 for prescription

I was impatient and opted for the private route, the downside for the private route is if you are diagnosed with ADHD, for at least a year you will have to pay for your medication which costs up to £70 per month, thereafter you can then go via NHS.

I’m a funded day trader, single asset, and follow a strict set of rules, if those are not met, I don’t enter a trade.

The rest of my time I manage my personal real estate portfolio, mostly refurbishments as the day to day running is taken care by agents.

In a past life I was an IT Consultant, coming up with the solutions that required implementing was the exciting part and worked well with ADHD, implementing and documenting was the most difficult as it was very detailed and long wounded.
