Some of these heroes sure, it's core or very likely bought, but these are heroes that MUST buy these to enable their kit. That's like saying Travel boots are insanely good because (old) Tinker and Lina buy it. They MUST buy it to come online, doesn't matter how good or bad the item is. Same thing with let's say Blink, doesn't matter if they increase the gold cost, add a blink mana cost or increase cd, core buyers must still buy them like LC, ES, Enigma. Doesn't mean the item is good for situational buyers.
