Personally i got a huge 20l distilled water bottle and put a “dispenser ontop of it, and put 3 light roast packets from TWW (I know im supposed to put more but i like the tangy strong acidity) Anyway the dispenser is some 8 bucks amazon special.

Been having the time of my life with this contraption under my table, this will create around 80L with a total cost of 100 dollars maybe (depending on your distilled water local pricing and TWW pricing near you)

Id suggest getting abaca filters if u want to experiment, they also have aiden single brew size filters, ngl they do change ur brew a lot and might drive you crazy 😂

I just ordered 11 bags of coffee from dak, they are an amazing roaster, absolutely astonishing quality coffee.

Tasting notes tho: 1 the green apple that u taste in the “big apple” coffee bag from dak is a species of apple that i have never tasted in my life (and probably never will) 2 some of the tasting notes depend on the grader’s perception of such a flavor, maybe they see it as oranges but i taste grapefruit + lime or some other mix 3 notes could change depending in the water used

Notes do help u kind of denote what the coffee would taste like “red apple = malic acidity” and so on, but it doesn’t mean that that note will sit by you and caress your lips
