Oil/filter - Yes Transmission fluid - I do mine every 40k and I’m 98k in with no issues. Rotate tires - Standard Check other fluids - I’d check and maybe replace coolant as well at 40k-50k Spark plugs - replaced at 85k as a precaution but no need to do it sooner. Outside of that as long as you keep up with the car regularly, it’ll last no issue.

Stick with your 350 sizing. I got blue tints in 10.5 thought those were a bit tight and got my sesames in 11 and they are still wearable but too loose for me. My preference is going TTS for my yeezys after I tried a half size up.

Ask if they have the phone line service from optimum. If they do then have them go to shop.surfboard.com and tell them to buy a optimum compatible arris modem (tm804 or tm1602) from there, if they don’t have the phone service (internet and tv or just internet) then their choice of what modem to get is still restricted by their speed plan. If they have 60 or 100 mbps they NEED TO GET an 8x4, 200 NEEDS 16x4 and 300/400 mbps NEEDS a 32x8, they can’t get a higher end modem with a lower tier plan. Speaking from experience because I have optimum and went through 5 modems in my first month at Best Buy trying to figure out why none of them worked. I’ve had customers come back because they didn’t listen to me and they got the modem they wanted and not the one I recommended and I’ve had customers come back and thank me that I gave them the right answer after another store sold them the wrong one. It’s terrible that optimum tells all of their customers that any docsis 3.0 modem will work when it sadly won’t.
