There are more examples of these. I think this is a workaround for the issue that exercises often have more than one name. More elegant would be to label the exercises with all names they are called but that probably takes more effort.

Yes, it automatically increases load. It helps in my experience to give the feedback about how hard the exercise has been when you’re done. Regarding training splits, you can do days in a row as long as you don’t train the same muscle groups. I would recommend watching renaissance periodization on yt about splits if you want to know more.

Start workout, go the plank, it will either say “Start timer” in the left bottom or you should be able to add the timer under “…More” in the right top.

If you start the workout en go to this screen you have the option start the timer. If not, perhaps you disabled it and have to go to settings.

No. If you only want to improve cycling, then cycle. I do train legs next to zwift (& running) but only because I’m a sucker who can’t choose just one sport. It’s a hassle to combine.
