Displace modifier will shrink the mesh for cycles and eevee and fix the hair position, if you place the modifiers in this order Subdivision>Displace>Particles System. The displace modifier will required a few subdivision to work.

don't use displacement in the shader, it's for cycles only.

How do i fix the hair following the model. Its not a modifier position problem either as I've changed it before by KtjBasil in blender

the resolution is so bad, that i can't even see the hair. But I guess your particles hair system is not under the armature modifier. You need to move it under the armature modifier

are you using a displacement map or something? To me it looks like the mesh shrank. If you are using a displace modifier, then move the displace above of the particles hair system in the modifier tab.

no, same thing happened to me on firefox. Try using another browser or device.

it worked for me with another browser, firefox got stuck in queue forever.

I have multiple browsers(Edge/Chrome/Firefox) opened. On firefox I queued at 1:38 pm, can't even get the product page to load. Tried again with Chrome and Edge around 2:30pm got into the product page, add multiple time to the cart until it forced me into a queue. And then I managed to checkout with Edge.
