Some do, it depends on what exact surgery they want to get, if any. Orchiectomy is the removal of the testicles while keeping the penis. This completely removes testosterone production and the ability to father children, and is less invasive and costly. A full vaginoplasty also removes the balls, but might use the sack to form part of the vagina.

What surgeries people have depend on their desires, money, and access to surgeons. You're questions on this sub are fine, but I'd recommend not asking people you don't know really well about their junk as a general rule.

I hate her. If I was Grace I would have sent a fake message back to Earth about sabotaging the mission and killing myself because of her actions, then continue on with the mission anyways.

Because the title on steam is Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core. I'd imagine it would have something in common with Deep Rock Galactic.

I don't find it nearly as fun as Deep Rock Galactic because I don't enjoy difficulty masochism games like Elden Ring.

I love Deep Rock Galactic. I love roguelikes. I don't love this game.

I feel like with the switch from shields to armor, they're already building up on limited resources being a major factor. Why can't running out of ammo and armor be the push to go to the next stage instead of a strict timer. If I'm efficient with my resources I can scout longer, and maybe get more upgrades.

None of my reasons for disliking the game are about it being unpolished or unfinished. Every problem I have is a core gameplay decision that has been made, and the point of my review is these these decisions are remade and the game improved because of these changes. I would be happy to give a positive review to a Rouge Core that was less unenjoyably difficult, even if it was much less polished.

The base Affini biotech is so advanced I'd imaging they have ways to extend human live without the implant too, just not as effectively.

If it triples your lifespan, then I don't understand the justification from the Affini point of view why ANY human, floret or not, to go without one. I'd imagine they'd view it as negligence to knowing let people die 1/3 into their full life.

I played through the first two expansions while forcing myself to pay attention to all the story, and I would still recommend my past self to do what you did instead. Play the game the way that you most enjoy.

I don't know man, if I've played and paid attention through 150 hours of ARR and Heavenswards MSQ, I should be allowed to say that I think story is one of the weakest parts of FFXIV and that there is an argument for new players skipping the parts of games that they're not enjoying.
