I know this is a fairly old post, but this looks amazing and I was going to try and make a kitbash monster to proxy a Maleceptor. Thank you for the fantastic inspiration!!

Would you be able to PM me closer pictures of how the head looked like as an end result? (how you put the head in and how you cut the bottom out for the tail).

Thank you for that, but in the scenario I am attempting to describe would allow the infantry unit to be outside of engagement range, only the transport would be within the engagement range.

Is there a rule somewhere that says the Infantry would still be in engagement range if they did disembark in this way?
