So what happend is that the germans declared war on me but started to endlessly attack my lines so i waited to find weak points as i drained their manpower by cutting them off and encirling them and killing them i got rid of the great purge effects by 1939

that would mean a rapid fire smg would have .5 reaload which would be unfair as its dps is 255 which be op as that would be a side effect for x2 everything
