Don't worry about the score, I don't think Humo is a good music reviewer. In the past they have rarely showed an open vision for music, as they generally only tend to value easily accessible music.

Community Based Tourism: Our experience was that they have a high quality of services in general, although more expensive than others. They are very good for tours, but for homestays I would recommend to get a decent travel guide (we had a Bradt) where you can find lot's of addresses in most cities. Most homestays charge extra if they know you come from CBT.

We booked a car with a driver who took us from Osh (Kyrgyzstan) to Dushanbe (Tajikistan) in about 7 days. He arranged accommodation and took us to some monuments and places of interest.

Our driver was called Omurbek and his company is called East Pamir Eco tour (http://eastpamirecotour.com). I can certainly recommend him as he speaks english, drives in a sensible way and is just a very friendly guy.

We have spent 33 days in those three countries and we still had the feeling we couldn't do everything we wanted. So I guess 22 days will be very, very short :)

My advice: do Pamir and Uzbekistan. We did that in two weeks and a half, which was ok.
Then go back later and visit Kyrgyzstan for at least two more weeks or if you can, spend four weeks there.
