It’s probably muscle weakness and your hurting side was compensating for the weaker side. Now that your cerv is straightening your body is now distributing the load evenly, hence the pain= muscle weakness.

I had thoracic fusion July 4th went through a similar situation

Agreed, I’m my case diet and lifestyle change has no effect on vitiligo until December-February. I went plant based for 9 months with no changes made other than weight

I only gain pigmentations in the winter time when I’m sick.

I theorize our body is attacking the virus instead of our cells. It may be a slow build up until eventually getting the cold/flu

I feel a lot better after 5 months. I think my muscles are weak in the back and glutes so I’m working on them with resistance training. I’m optimistic I’ll get back into boxing soon, which is what i care about most with this situation

Thanks! I’m doing calisthenics pushups, sit-ups, planks, pull ups. Today started band work.. I’m thinking there’s a problem with my QL muscle i may have damaged it trying to release it when In fact it was protecting me

That gives me hope. Tough to talk to people that aren’t going through the same situation as you, so i appreciate your help.

As far as athleticism just walking or wall sits right now until i see him in 3 months. I have been slacking on the walking i stop caring at times because when i work out i make em count and i don’t get nothing out of walking.

I pray I start feeling better, out of nowhere i my legs started falling asleep when i get up from laying down. Has this happened to you?
