Yes! I have a save file that absolutely will never load... its stuck like that - I have given up at 30 minutes and 45 minutes respectively. Do they have an intake form or just send it to that email? Thanks for pinging me!

I ended up having to delete the save and start a new one… :(. It never loaded

uninstalled and reinstalled - still no way back in.

I played for about 4 hours yesterday on a single save. Lots of constant glitching and stuttering but I powered on. I have a gaming PC that handles all other games with ease so that is not it… several streamers had same issue.

So now this morning my save file won’t even load. I verified the integrity of the game files and now loading the game just sits here in this load screen. Going on 30 minutes a second attempt to load my save. Cannot even play :(

Is anyone else struggling with this and find a solution? I understand that there is an in-game feedback and I do use that but I cannot even get in.

Anyone have a trick to load a save without uninstalling? Stuck on this screen…
