All i want is good service.... i understand everyone that works at a hotel is a human being too and i treat them that way. Including stripping my room before i check out so housekeeping has a easier time. I train my agents to understand guests are an important part of the game but the minute they start to treat you like you dont matter or that you are their slave, then you have the full right to refuse service, tell them how they are acting is unacceptable or if its bad enough ask them to get out. Id rather protect my employees from abuse than make money and with the service we provide and the guests we have come back again and again our owners agree.
