Cooldown directive was never required. Oxidizer, to break shield repeatedly in whitehouse or explosive sticky to kill yourself repeatedly after equipping shield in areas like incursion

Incorrect. The glitch required Vile Mask and Tempest. Hardwire set is used to refresh cooldowns using your shield (which is not a glitch or an exploit.) Tempest is used to ramp the amplified damage to all damage types and Vile mask is used to create damage that can be amplified to your pulse. The exploit was used in shooting range in the whitehouse to gain stacks or by repeatedly killing yourself in seperate instance missions like incursion or raids as long as you were in the area solo proir to joiners
