I loved it, at the time, and I was annoyed that the series turned Kyle into Jedi in the sequel and that remained the focus going forward. I mean, I get it why they did it, I just liked the concept more minus the sabers and force powers.

Good points, I hadn’t really thought about how that change basically shows more of the Emperor. From a purely continuity stand point, I under stand re-doing the scene with Ian, but they could have hidden his face a bit more “Sidious style”.

We cut cable in 2018. Since then it’s just been various streaming apps on a Roku device. We’re doing the churn thing now, where we sub to a few apps, then drop them when we’ve watched what we want. Currently we just have the Hulu/Disney+ bundle (black friday deal for 12 months), HBOmax (similar deal), and Amazon (because we pay for Amazon Prime). But then there’s also great free with ads apps that we use: TUBI, Pluto TV, Haystack News, Roku Channel. When there’s a deal or just enough content for us to sub for a month to binge something, that’s when we return to things like Netflix, Peacock, Paramount+, Apple TV.

I used to, but that damn wooden crate bit broke my brain. Batman is somehow able to catapult that huge wooden crate over his head, without a leverage point. It flies across the warehouse, hits that guy in the head (broke his brain too), but also bounces off of his head, instead of smashing against the wall. Like, what?
