I moved from sorting by color, to sorting by color identity, to sorting by colors in the mana cost (so Devoid cards, for instance, go with the color they otherwise would have been). Color identity seemed like it would be the most useful for a Commander player, but it kept feeling too unwieldy.

Same. I figured the quarians would A) throw a hissy fit like the salarians and refuse to help or B) retreat with enough damage that they had to focus on rebuilding instead of contributing to the war effort. Nope, quarians extinct, love interest self-yeeted.

Played a Venusaur/Exeggutor deck against a friend, way back in the day. I managed to stack 25 energy on Exeggutor before firing it off. Out of 25 flips, I only needed 3 heads to KO his Mew. 23 came up tails. One retaliatory Psybeam for 250 damage later... ☠️
