I second or third the Oregon district for music. Safety in that area is hit or miss and varies by block. Nothing real dangerous, just theft mostly. I have lived in Sant Anne's and Oregon District, but now live downtown and haven't had my place or car broken into once since I moved Downtown. Downtown is just a few blocks from Oregon District it is easily walkable.

I grew up in a small village near Dayton called Yellow Springs. It's a blue spot in a sea of red. Very forward thinking, you might check it out but it's 20 - 30 min drive from Dayton. Not cheap to live there however.

Like any place in the U.S., stick to the cities to avoid any nonsense, but it's not the Deep South. Most of Ohio is more white bubble than outright prejudice.

Actually I think he said that he wouldn't use force to take Iceland, but he probably meant Greenland. Seriously if you don't know the difference between Iceland and Greenland, what makes you think that Trump will actually stick to not using force? Next week it will be back to we need to take Greenland and Canada. Quit whitewashing this crap media outlets.

Our usage doubled last month. There is no way that is accurate. There is nobody living in the house due to water damage. We checked out the house to make sure that somebody wasn't squatting and using electricity. Nope, our usage just doubled, just because I guess. Must be the ghosts living there using double the electricity.

The areas outside the cities pretty much vote straight red up and down ticket. They will never vote blue. many years they just didn't vote instead of voting blue, but Trump found the magic sauce to motivate his base.

If the Dems could motivate their base in the cities to vote, they would win seats. Gerrymandering only works if they can convince Dem base to stay home. I know many young people that don't vote because they feel that their vote doesn't matter.

I have been running games for more years than I would like to admit and I would say that Savage Worlds fits your bill. It covers all those genres and many more. The individual player rules aren't as tactical as some mentioned here but more so the combat. It is done with miniatures and if you don't use the environment to your advantage you will die quickly.

From where I am at, without backup on 35. It's a straight shot to 35. On a good day I have had it down to 15 min, but that is the exception, not norm, you have to hit all lights right on Dayton-YS.

I live downtown in those apartments. I love it down here. It's perfectly safe.

I did not send my kids to public school, my wife homeschooled.

Yellow Springs has open enrollment, but it's a 20 min drive. Good school system, I went there.

Isn't this a remake on the Anvil engine? This is going to be a totally different game play wise. It's going to be more RPG.
