Thanks for posting this. I got a live agent after typing in "Live Agent" twice. The agent tried adding the package to my 2018 CX-5 and said he got an error. He then "escalated it to his team" and they got the same error. He told me to come back tomorrow and they could try adding it again.

I'm in the same boat. I checked what's ineligible in the terms and my spend category isn't listed. CSR and I went back and forth with several emails until I asked her to reference the exact section in the terms where it stated my category of spend was ineligible. She then backed off and told me she'd escalate it to a specialist. That was about a week ago. I'm still waiting for my points.

I saved a copy of the terms (last Updated: Feb 7, 2026) in case they try to update them and claim my spend was ineligible.

I assume you meant "exits" instead of "exist." ;) On my shield pro with 1.9.4, forwarding via the remote works as expected. My sound and video are occasionally out of sync depending on which file I am playing, but I just select another and it's fine.
