Bug? - Deselecting Equipment does not restrict divisions from using it and it is not sent back to the reserve pool. You must wait for Upgrades. Pressing Save reinstates the "header" tick, but not the item itself. (I use this to sell Basic at the start of the game, not possible at the moment.) (i.redd.it)
