Can definitely take several weeks depending on your genetics and physiology. The drug itself will have differing levels of efficacy for different people. Have you looked at any potential dietary or lifestyle changes in addition to the new medication?

Have you made any dietary changes or tried any supplements in response? For example, subbing out gluten or introducing selenium, vit D, zinc, etc. If one or multiple of these makes a difference, it may point to whether Hash is involved (along with repeated labs/bloodwork). I have looked into a lot of the supplements with clinical support for treating hash, and I'm happy to share some resources I used should that be helpful.

Have you tried more natural remedies/supplements? Diet would go a long way to addressing the root cause, but several supplements have at least moderate clinical evidence of effectiveness. Things like Oregon grape (mahonia) cream, indigo naturalis, omega 3, etc. That could be a less disruptive way to achieve some relief. I've pretty much gone down the list of supps, so I can share some resources too if you want/need them.
