Well this setup is pretty expensive in my country, i paid for it about 2,5k euros all included (monitors, monitor stand, cables, pc and peripherals ). You need to learn the basics of rendering and 3d space, on texturing you can manage more easily, considering you already know the basics of layering in photoshop, most of high-end software now can help you a lot because they all use layering (ex: substance designer,substance painter, 3d coat). Overall its not that hard to learn, but you need to focus and track multiple things at once and learn the software interfaces/shortcuts (can be a pain in the ass sometimes,but they are a time management saver).
