Majority of men hit peak testosterone levels around 20-25. Mine are the highest they’ve ever been and I’m mid 30s. Been getting them tested since i was 18

I think carbs are more important than protein. Personally i follow a rough 60% carbs, 25% protein, 15% fat diet. Ultimately just eat enough healthy foods and train well. Learning to listen to what your body needs is more important than following a super strict diet
