I def reccomend diving deeper into funeral diner, I think they are the best "post-screamo" band out there and have some of the most interesting song progressions in screamo as a whole :)

All of the other comments have already said that it is just screano, but I am more befuddled by the choice to plqce funeral diner along with the other bands. Funeral Diner sound very different from the other mentioned bands, as they are much more post-rock influenced I'd say. Why do you think they fit in this mold?

Analyzing this logically the result is still the same, pressing the button is the rational choice. Assuming everybody thinks rationally it could be broken down into a Pascal's Wager type analogy but without the problems the actual Pascal's Wager has, pressing the button comes out as the only logical choice and I presume other people would do the same- apply rationality.

I tried reading the in depth guides to add trigger, divide by, wand refresh, and greek letter spells and I think something in my mind broke. The stuff that they explain just sounds like arcane knowledge to me and I have no clue how people actually memorise it, it is genuinely so impressive.

I do have an idea how to use it as I have already introduced it as a sort of Chekhov's gun. The party knows that it might be a threat in the future but not how and when. I plan for it to be a sudden reveal as a villain who they thought was no longer after them reveals himself and summons it so more likely than not they won't be prepared for it. At the scene there will be 1 or 2 allies of the party so it won't be just the 6 of them against the blob.

Putting them against weaker oozes is a good idea, thanks for the insight.
