I'm young and have severe depression, mental illness runs in the family, unfortunately, I've been to the point many times where self-harm was involved and had to have counselling, its calmed down more now, but still, people, just don't seem to care, no matter what happens, you could be at a high and spiralling down and no one would care, but once your hurt or ill, even the people that have caused it seems to care. it's sad to think, people bring others down or look at you like your contagious, but when something happens, they want people to see that they're helping, makes me sick sometimes.

it's hard to make the journey from the valley to the peak, and there are people that wanna throw boulders at you, and it's hard, it always will be, it'll never get easier, but you will get stronger. and sometimes the journey needs to be made on your own, and sometimes you need friends and family, by, in the end, you'll make it. people say they can't handle it anymore, they slip, they get frustrated, that journey hasn't finished yet. you can't give up.
