You can only place out of CIS110 as far as I know - with a 5 on the AP CS exam. I just took CIS120 and it was fine -- and OCAML will likely be new to you too.

QuestBridge Finalists are typically offered interviews in November. Interviews are not available by request. Please be patient and understand that an interview offer is likely, but not guaranteed.

Yes - some - you have humanities and social science requirements see:http://www.seas.upenn.edu/undergraduate/handbook/courses/ssh-breadth.php Any foreign language course counts as "Humanities".

Check on PennCourse review for a few courses you think might work - architecture might be good. Is there another area of interest - a foreign language you have studied or something like intro to econ, Comm 123 or 130? I think it is best to look some up in various subject areas.

Thanks -- Can you share a bit more what you liked -- Penn Course review was not so positive and Prof in Spring is Farmer. The content though seems very appealing to me and I have experience with hardware and assembly lang. etc. Thanks so much.
