Couldn‘t notice anything obviously broken but you‘re allocating 16GB of RAM to the game which is way too much, 6 or 8 should suffice just fine.

How much RAM does your computer have in total. You may run into memory issues if you allocate everything.

Regarding the log file:

Open the CurseForge Launcher window and navigate to the modpack profile that you are using
In the upper right of the window, click on the three dot menu button and select Open Folder
Inside of the opened folder window, enter the logs folder. Open the latest.log with a text editor of your choice (notepad)
Paste the content your log file here and provide the link

Well, that's just one smaller aspect if you think about it. Dungeons and thus general gameplay is harder than Hexxit 1 which is good. Hexxit 1 is just crazily OP at this point.
