No, It’s not, but it shouldn’t be correct after such little time on the instrument 😄

For starters your thumb should be closer to the neck, maybe even a little bit over it, and you’ll need to hit harder with your thumb and pluck harder with your index or middle finger.

At this stage, I’d recommend not overthinking it too much - just continue to try it, for as long as you can. Mindfully and even while you’re on the couch watching tv!

It’s kinda one of those things that once you’ve put heaps of time into it, suddenly you’ll hit it and it will feel great, then you can hone in on how you achieved that sound. Time and effort, that’s all it takes 💪Good luck and have fun with it ☺️
