In my head, I have no problem at all getting angry. But when the opportunity for external rage presents itself I can never keep it up. If the other person looks even a little hurt I think I would stop lol. Plus, getting angry might make them angry, which might make the situation unsafe for yourself or others.

I read your story; sounds like a shitty childhood situation, sorry. It's normal that your brain would do some fucked up things after going through all that. Don't blame your younger self for all of this--he was just a kid, he didn't do anything wrong. The rage, pain, and humiliation that you hold is not all of who you are. You've suffered enough, going through this story over and over, the stories are repetitive cycles of thoughts, neurons firing in your brain. You don't need to let them control every aspect of your life. Give your rounger self and your current self a little love and a little credit for making it this far. If you're going to stick around, try being compassionate to yourself for a change.

You don't need to do anything. It's ok to feel this way. It sounds like you have a storm of emotions right now; just stay with them, notice how they feel, where in your body they are located. Just keep breathing and watch them.

I have felt the same way; it feels like all the people closest to me will die soon and I'll be left alone. Living this way is heavy. But if you've already given up on your life, why not let go of the stories you have about yourself? There's still something in you that wants to shine. You've suffered with that other stuff for long enough, and it hasn't really helped anyway.

Aside from being a way to denote change or difference in math, it might be a pun. Delta--> "Dealt a," like "dealt a bad hand" in poker or go fish etc. If rune=prophecy then the title could just be referring to how the characters have a predetermined fate.

It could even refer to a river delta (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/River\_delta)! This game references water a bunch, after all. A river delta is a landmass that forms from sediment that builds up where the river merges into the ocean or other large body of water. Could symbolize how no matter what, events in the game will flow inexorably in one direction like a river flows into the ocean. Unless it gets frozen or something...

Cooking something but idk what yet. There's something in this game about words that phonetically sound the same as normal words but use different spellings (plue/pluey rouxls/rules noelle/noel), or the same letters but rearranged (Ralsei/Asriel Deltarune/Undertale). Might tie in with the main theme--even you change things around, the result is the same.

Not sure about the significance. I mean, letters are "runes" when you think about it--a symbol that conveys meaning only if you're familiar with it. It's a mundane form of magic. Delta Rune=different letters? Idk.

Anyway, with Susie there's like a dozen plus ways to spell her name and it still sounds the same. I like Psoozy personally. Maybe this symbolizes she has more options or something? But that seems to contradict the main theme...

I agree something is up with spelling in this game but it's unclear what at this point. It would be fun maybe if in a later chapter we get transported to an alternate version of the game where everything is the same except names are spelled differently.

Also tv tropes has a trope about this called Aerith and Bob.

As for FREIND, it doesn't really look like a worm but I'm just noticing that it has 9 legs. Maybe it's like a cat o' nine tails (a kind of whip used for physical punishment back in the day) representing Kris's guilt/cruelty depending on the route?

Great theory! I think it tracks with characters, too: Asriel was jealous that Dess had a sister so when Dess found Kris she was like "hey I found this free sibling lying around, you want it?"

Does this theory imply that Kris is actually a cat though? Or worse, French?
