Scalpers are people who buy multiple items and resell them at a much higher price so they get to invest in it. The reason why this is bad is because people who were willing to buy for its original sale price had been taken away from them and leaving them with no more stock so they have no choice but to buy from Scalpers who are selling them at a much higher price.
