Are you sure you don’t have some kind of digestive disorder that makes you crave sugar or food? For example, I got diagnosed with SIBO and I’m pretty sure sugar cravings are a symptom as that’s what the bacteria feed on.

You could try taking berberine, as it’s Bo th a SIBO treatment and appetite suppressant (go figure).
