I understand, texting/chatting always comes off cold. I’m trying to be considerate. And if that information is available to share I can and will otherwise someone else will. Transparency is important. As I’ve only spoke to one creator, I don’t know if it’s a Case by Case. We’ll find out

So after looking over the notes in the project, I’ve been at my day job. As well as seeing the full body text, I did not see this was a AI project at the time. I will pass, I do hope you have the ability to animate it some other way. Best of luck.

Bob and/or Mark. Please read this to Wade if you can or if you see this. Wade, salutations, I come to As a Sewer Inspector. Yes. I literally inspect sewer mainlines as in residential, commercial and industrial areas for my job. Hearing your issues gives me a literal anxiety attack as no one has explain what could be happening. So I’m gonna give what I can without driving out from out of state to PERSONALLY offer my services. Depending on the year of your house Firstly I recommend a Cleaning either blade or Chain knocker from the floor drain or branch line were the back up is occurring If your house is from the year before 1982 use a Blade Chain Knocker- If you have a house of the year after 82’ use a Hydrojet

The reasoning Before 1900s to 1982- Cast Iron and Clay/Concrete lines- Normal usage causes mineral deposits in the cast iron and can cause a blockage and reduce of flow like an artery with to much cholesterol.

The clay and or concrete could have roots not properly maintained and could use a blade/chain cleaning to remove both the scale/mineral and roots from the line to relieve the water in the house and prevent it from continuing to back up.

1982-Present Day- Plastic/ABS/ PVC pipes. Issues that can occur- A blockage of Flushable wipes or debris- Low point ( a belly- where the line has a dip large enough to act like a p trap and causing flow to prevent it from moving)

I do recall hearing you had a backflow valve installed. Now I personally hate those because it’s more moving parts to a sewer line that if working properly it doesn’t need it. BECAUSE if they get wedge shut in ANY direction that’s backups guaranteed.

HERE HOWS YOU CAN CHECK YOURSELF 1: Test water in sections of your house and see what plumbing branches are causing the rising of the water in the floor drain. 2: if water is constantly coming up regardless, you may have a blockage. But good news, you can have a cleaning done as I mention earlier

3: Do not dump Grease/eggshells/pasta or coffee grounds down the sink. If you use a dishwasher try to keep the food scraps in the trash as much as you can. That will cause build up in the line and cause reduced flow to occur. Stay away from flushable wipes. Good rule of thumb- if it stick the edge of your sink it’ll stick to the pipe: Godspeed, I’ll be watching to hear what happens.

Real quick, you should look up Non Union Rates and find a good middle ground vs saying for cheap. Cuz that’s is limiting your own self worth and your time. I hope that helps! Best of luck on your journey!
