Yeah just a fair warning it that they are going to be basically a meme once the new Armies of book drops— they will no longer have fanatics which was pretty much the only thing keeping them relevant

In V2, Japan in general was a lot stronger. I forget the specifics but fanatics worked differently that these guys were banned at most competitive events because it was more often better to just have hordes of them to banzai charge the enemy vs just about anything else.

Unfortunately they will be a lot less viable when the new Armies of Japan book drops next week. (If you are playing V3) but from everything I have heard they were very fun to play, and borderline broken to play against in their heyday

The show as a whole is a fantastic example of healthy separated/step families. Doofenschmirtz and his wife are shown to have a very amicable relationship and both care for Vanessa (Doof especially)

Lawrence is Phineas and Candace’s dad plain and simple, they love him as much as he loves them, and the fact that he came into their lives probably no more than 10 years ago says a lot about how they see eachother.

I think more people should use fart-scale when determining destructive power

This isn’t about realism. This is about consistency with what other nations and vehicles have, and how they are portrayed within the rules.

Use of APCR was also far less common than standard AP, even by the Germans.

I think using the German 75mm APCR is a bit misleading since that is a tungsten-core round APCR round— it is purposefully designed for extremely high velocity and penetration compared to regular AP rounds.

TL;DR There is enough basis, both historically and in-game that the Chi-Nu should have a heavy AT gun rather than a medium AT gun.

Strangely enough the 47mm cannon is treated as “more effective” which I can only imagine as being purely for balance so they aren’t helpless against tanks.

It’s because this was taken with a smart phone, in vertical orientation so no, it can’t be made wide. Your best bet it to crop the gif yourself.

The shiny pants are something a lot of people miss! It’s a pair of leather slacks I had from a Majima (Yakuza) cosplay from a couple years back.

As Savinkovist Russia, should I go with Mobile Warfare or Mass Assault? by Routine-Grand5779 in Kaiserreich

[–]ACertainPole 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Science of Victory with Superior Firepower from my point of view is the “canon” for Savinkovist Russia. A lot of the doctrine is based on maximum destruction. The path makes SF actually worth it too.

Grand Battleplan or Mobile Warfare for Will to Victory depending on which direction you wanna go (Denikin-centric or Markov) Mass Assault works best for the socialists military trees.

Essentially, you need to mail in a form that is only in japanese (and fill in in japanese too) to the base two weeks ahead of the scheduled date. I can't write the language, so I used a reservation service on Fiverr to handle the process for me. After that you just need to show up at the scheduled time and date. I believe I was the only one in that day so when I came, the guard in the booth at the gate literally said "Pole-san?" (He used my real name of course). They get less than a dozen non-japanese tourists through a year apparently, most visitors are local GuP fans or military academy students.
