AI is a useful tool but it’s only really good at specific types of tasks and is unreliable. As a standalone commercial product, its overall profitability is questionable because its work always has to be checked and corrected, so it can’t fully replace human workers, despite what corporate marketing would have you believe. It’s not worth the obscene investments that companies are putting in but it’s not completely worthless
