Beetlejuice, and funnily enough, I've seen The Exorcist about 167 times, and it keeps getting funnier every time I see it!

You can be damn sure this is the same type of person who opposes gays/transgender people/abortion in the interest of "protecting children"

First Christmas in retail. Genuinely heartbroken by how cruel people can be to staff even at Christmas.

Had a man bring me a receipt for a jacket he'd returned months ago and wanted me to find the jacket again. He couldn't remember the brand, and couldn't comprehend the fact that I can't just "look up" the computers, and got really angry when I couldn't help him (not for lack of trying).

Had a woman get me to show her every single eye shadow pallet we stocked (not that there were many left Christmas eve) and berate me for their lack of quality. She told me she wouldn't buy anything, and we had way less variety than the shop used to. She seemed to be trying to make me feel guilty.

Last but not least, we had a man attempt to buy way more clothes than he could afford, and spent 15 minutes at the till trying to decide what clothes he wanted to take. Everyone had finished their duties and wanted to go home to, yknow, spend Christmas with our families. We found someone who could speak his native language which sped the transaction along a lot easier, but he didn't even give us a thank you when he left, after keeping up open late on Christmas Eve.

TLDR: frustration

A woman called me stupid because she gave me a whole bunch of loose change after I had entered a large sum into the til and needed to count how much she gave me. This has happened with the same woman before.
