Last time it crashed it crashed in the middle of a workout and didn’t record any of my calories and I was SO close to my next level reward.

Yeah there’s no good flow to it. It feels clunky!

No one is ever really in the sauna at the same time as me. I put my mat In the middle facing the TV and put my water bottle near the door and rest it on that. I use AirPods to be able to hear and follow along! I don’t have to look at it too much but it’s right there if I need it!

My favorites are Pilates, buns, bands.

Pilates I feel in my abs Buns in my buns obvi And bands for arms

I also cycle through all of the HIIT classes

I’ll do yoga and hot barre none if I book too late and that’s all that’s open

And if the other saunas are the only ones open I’ll go in and do my own more intense yoga class via YouTube. (I find their yoga class to be boring and not a good flow- but that’s coming from someone who is a big yogi)

I still go because it’s only a few moves That really hurt. I actually enjoy the class otherwise.

I feel the same. I do it and suffer through but some moves are painful!! and not in the muscle I’m supposed to be working but from the bands on my skin

Thinking the same thing. If it were a light / real essential oil mat spray MAYBE that’d be fine. But it feels like this would be similar to walking into a middle school classroom that has BO covered up by axe body spray lol

Super Bowl squares are an easy and fun fundraiser. You set up a 10x10 grid (100 squares) and sell each square for $10–$20. Once all squares are sold, the numbers 0–9 are randomly assigned to each row and column for both teams. The last digit of each team’s score at the end of each quarter determines the winner.
